1. General Rules
   Leads are refundable only if they are returned within five days, from the moment they been released. The reason for the return will be verified. Upon successful verification, the cost of lead will be refunded back to the account within five days from the return report.

   There will be no refunds and all sales are final, except if the lead you purchased is subject to the following conditions:

   • Incorrect phone number
   • Incorrect contact name
   • Applicant is under 18 years of age
   • Duplicated lead that was submitted 60 days or less apart
     
2. Lead Content
   All the information submitted are voluntarily inputted/ selected by applicants on the Internet and/or by phone. We do not guarantee any financial, property, housing information, and other supplementary information provided by the applicants, including but not limited to: email address, address, state, zip code, credit quality, interest rates.

   Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that at the time you contact the applicants they did not start paperwork with another service provider, nor that they did not change their mind. In addition, we cannot guarantee that the applicants remember submitting a quote request at all.

   We cannot control how you handle each lead, therefore we cannot guarantee your results or that you will close the deal with applicants, whose contact information you purchased from us. To increase your chances of getting business we recommend you to contact applicants as soon as you receive the leads.

3. Lead Return Verification
   We reserve the right to monitor your lead return requests to determine their validity. In addition, we reserves the right to either electronically or by physical contact to the Consumers verify the reason of your lead return requests, their rationale and in our sole discretion, determine if your lead return request is valid.

   In the event your lead return requests is determined to be without merit no credit will be issued, and the charge for the valid lead will stand against your account. You will be notified of your account of our lead return Verification results will be given within five business days of receipt of your lead return requests.

4. Lead Return Policy Abuse
   In the event we determine in good faith that your lead return request is without merit according to our lead return policy, in addition to not receiving a credit of the lead cost, your account will automatically be charged a dispute verification fee for each returned lead proven to be without merit. In addition to all other remedies under this contract and in law, Mortgage Live Transfer reserves the right to terminate your account if abuse of this Lead Return Policy is proven to exist.
   
5. Return Instructions
   NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED OR PROCESSED BASED UPON AN EMAIL, PHONE REQUEST OR VOICE TELEPHONE MESSAGE.

Upon successful verification, the cost of lead will be refunded back to the account.
